It’s simple! See your local building rep for an application, call us at 410-749-2491, email us at [email protected], or fill-in and save this Membership Application and email it to [email protected], or print the form on our site and pony or mail it to the WCEA Office.

Once you receive your member identification number, please go to www.neamb.com to register your beneficiary information and check out all the money saving discounts and programs offered by our NEA affiliate to WCEA members. WHY SHOULD I BE A MEMBER?
Protection: $1,000,000 MSEANEA Liability Insurance will cover any job related judgment against you. All attorney fees are paid in full. Four full time attorneys are available to represent you in administrative actions andor criminal and civil cases.
Representation: Our Uniserv Director is available to advise and represent members on many job related issues such as observations, evaluations, threatened disciplinary action, contract information, education reform, membership and more.
Negotiations: WCEA negotiates with the Wicomico County Board of Education to establish the best possible wages, benefits, and working conditions for all our members.
Lobbying: WCEAMSAENEA is a strong, unified voice representing educators at all levels of government.
Sick Leave Bank: WCEA manages its own Sick Leave Bank for members facing serious illness.
