The Wicomico County Education Association dedicates itself to advancing high quality public education based on high quality teaching, high expectations and the opportunity for each student to learn while fostering a positive relationship among the stakeholders that include teachers, educational support staff, administrators, parents, students and community members through continuous collaboration in the areas of academic performance, professional development and a safe and healthy learning environment.
Acting as a voice for all members, WCEA seeks to unify the educational profession and to enhance the civil rights of all involved by working to improve the profession interests and working conditions of its members.
With this in mind, WCEA represents all teachers and educational support staff employed by the Wicomico Board of Education. We need you to join and support us in that effort on your behalf.
